Our warranty

SEREVAH covers faulty parts and factory (manufacturing) defects in the Fascia Ring Massager. If your ring has a factory defect, we will replace it, or replace the faulty part where possible, free of charge. We cover the delivery cost of a warranty replacement within Lebanon.

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, water or other liquids
• Misuse, or use that does not follow the supplied instructions
• Devices that have been opened, modified or repaired by someone other than SEREVAH
• Normal wear of the strap and cosmetic marks from everyday use

How to make a warranty request

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 76 936 321 with your order number, a short description of the problem and a clear photo or short video. We will review your request and explain the next steps. Please do not send an item back before speaking with us.

Damaged, wrong item or returns

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 3 days of delivery. For returns, see our Return policy.
